Welcome to Honie Lime! Throughout these Terms of Service, “Honie Lime,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Honie Lime online store and its owner.

Honie Lime operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Honie Lime is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Services.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or place of residence. You also confirm that you have given permission for any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address and billing, payment, and shipping details.

You confirm that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete and that you have the right to provide it.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

Section 2 – Our Products

We make every reasonable effort to represent our products accurately. However, product colors and appearance may differ slightly from what is shown on your screen due to your device, screen settings, lighting, and the printing process.

Most Honie Lime products are made to order and printed after an order is placed. Minor differences in color, print placement, or appearance may occur between individually produced items.

We do not guarantee that a product’s appearance will be identical to how it appears on your screen.

Product descriptions may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products and limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

Section 3 – Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Honie Lime reserves the right to accept or decline an order where reasonably necessary.

Your order is not accepted until Honie Lime confirms its acceptance. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because our products are made to order and may enter production shortly after purchase, we may be unable to change or cancel an order after it has been accepted.

If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided when the order was placed.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Do not send products to our business correspondence address. If an approved claim requires a return, we will provide the correct return instructions by email.

You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when your order is placed and will be included in your order-confirmation email.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

Prices in our online store may differ from prices offered through marketplaces or third-party stores.

We may occasionally offer promotions subject to separate terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases unless expressly stated otherwise.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information.

You confirm that:

  • The payment information you provide is correct and complete.
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • Your payment provider will honor charges associated with your purchase.
  • You will pay all applicable product, shipping, handling, and tax charges.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Honie Lime is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, incorrect customer-provided information, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters production.

If an order is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us at hello@honielime.com so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier investigation.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

The Services—including Honie Lime’s trademarks, branding, text, images, graphics, product designs, artwork, reviews, videos, audio, and the selection and arrangement of this content—are owned by Honie Lime, its affiliates, or its licensors.

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, manufacture, sell, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit material from the Services without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a Honie Lime product does not transfer ownership of its artwork, design, or other intellectual property.

The Honie Lime name, logos, product names, designs, artwork, and slogans may not be used without prior written permission.

Shopify’s names, logos, products, and services are trademarks of Shopify. Other names, logos, products, and services displayed through the Services belong to their respective owners.

Section 7 – Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control.

Access to these tools is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, endorsements, or conditions of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for issues arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

Your use of optional tools is at your discretion. You should review and understand the relevant third party’s terms before using its services.

Any new tools, resources, or features added to the Services will also be subject to these Terms.

Honie Lime is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Honie Lime.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Honie Lime, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products or services purchased from Honie Lime.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or connected to your purchases and transactions with Honie Lime, to the extent permitted by law.

Section 10 – Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Certain personal information may also be governed by Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Because Shopify hosts the Services, Shopify collects and processes certain information about your access to and use of the Services.

Information submitted through the Services may be shared with Shopify and other service providers, including providers located outside your country of residence, when necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

You confirm that:

You may not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or misrepresent the origin of your Feedback.

You are responsible for the Feedback you submit and its accuracy. We are not responsible for Feedback posted by users or other third parties.

Section 12 – Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Information available through the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We may terminate this agreement or restrict your access to the Services when reasonably necessary, including if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or unlawful activity, or misuse the Services.

You will remain responsible for amounts owed before termination.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, Feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, severability, governing law, privacy, and any provisions that should reasonably continue will remain effective after termination.

Section 16 – Disclaimer of Warranties

Information provided through the Services is available for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Except where expressly stated by Honie Lime or required by law, the Services and products offered through the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful or limits mandatory consumer rights.

  3. Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services

We may control the defense and settlement of a claim but will not agree to a settlement that imposes non-monetary obligations on you without your reasonable consent.

You agree to cooperate with the defense of applicable claims, including by providing relevant information or documents.

You may not transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations without our prior written permission.

We may transfer or assign these Terms and our related rights and obligations where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms of Service and all purchases made through Honie Lime are subject to applicable law.

Customers located in the United States retain any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable US federal and state laws. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Headings are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We may update, change, or replace portions of these Terms by posting an updated version on our website.

Your continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the changes where permitted by law.
