Processing Time

All Honie Lime products are made to order. This means we produce your item after you place an order.

Printing: 2–5 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Within the USA

Delivery: 3–7 business days after production is complete.

Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from placing your order, including production.

Free shipping: Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Orders under $75: The US shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may ship in separate packages, depending on the product type and fulfillment location. You’ll receive tracking information for each package.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We’re unable to replace orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Packages returned because of an address error are sent back to the production facility and may not be recoverable or reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. Carriers sometimes leave packages nearby or mark them as delivered shortly before arrival.

If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, email us at hello@honielime.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Once a package has been delivered to the correct address, Honie Lime is not responsible for loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
